Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ innovations
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging tech into enterprise ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum, bio-digital, AR/VR)
- Create white papers and thought leadership on future tech implications
- Advise C-suite on technology adoption risks and opportunities
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with global partners
- Represent company at future-tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology implementations
