Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future tech adoption scenarios
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and research institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts
- Build and maintain a network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy publications preferred
