As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and research pioneers to identify emerging trends, assess market readiness, and develop actionable blueprints for technological adoption. Your work will directly influence our $500M R&D portfolio and position us as industry leaders in the post-2025 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, quantum resilience, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and market disruption impact
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Author annual Future Tech Outlook whitepapers and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of Gartner Hype Cycle and tech adoption frameworks
- Experience with regulatory landscape for frontier technologies (FDA, FCC, ESA)
- Exceptional data modeling skills for trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., INSEAD)
