Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology adoption roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and regulatory shifts to identify competitive advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation for 2026 initiatives
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on the societal impact of 2026 technological shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies; PhD strongly preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Track record of launching scalable innovations with measurable market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS) or equivalent strategic foresight training
