Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
