Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch 3+ breakthrough products by 2026
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, governments, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage a $50M R&D budget for future technology initiatives
- Represent InnovateX at global technology summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology transformation
- Published research or patents in future technologies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
