Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop and present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Present at industry conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proof technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Executive presentation skills with Fortune 500 audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
