Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and technology adoption
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent intelligence for strategic positioning
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies and measure ROI
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CDMI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation initiatives
