- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting and implementing innovative solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and research institutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology maturity
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends and industry implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated impact on business outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global teams
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps and adoption frameworks
- Deep understanding of market disruptors and their potential industry applications
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
