Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Translate technical innovations into strategic business cases with ROI projections

Qualifications
