Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future tech concepts into product development
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track implementation progress across departments
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends and translating them into business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
