Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 3-year technology roadmap targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology due diligence for M&A opportunities
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech integration
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology portfolio
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions with data-driven insights
