Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends with 5-10 year impact potential
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation technologies including quantum applications, AI ethics frameworks, and Web3 solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and technology gap assessments to inform strategic investments
- Present technology strategy to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic partners, startups, and industry consortiums
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and scalable innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry white papers
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
