Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) into commercial products
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in exponential technology sectors
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 7+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neural networks, and nanotechnology
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
