Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Develop ROI frameworks for experimental technologies and secure executive buy-in
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Build external partnerships with research labs and innovation hubs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and assess regulatory implications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with 3+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching futuristic solutions to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation portfolios
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)
