Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype futuristic solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to market launch
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
