As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, etc.), assess market readiness, and develop actionable implementation frameworks. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to transform futuristic concepts into scalable commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to assess tech feasibility and ROI
- Produce strategic briefings for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of new tech
- Create competitive analysis reports on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least 2 of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
