Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Analyze global tech policy and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or climate tech
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI assessment
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Future Studies)
- Published thought leadership on tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
