Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with venture-backed resources
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on ethical AI and sustainable tech implementation
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or bio-digital interfaces
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
