- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present executive-level insights on tech disruption risks and opportunities to C-suite leadership
- Drive adoption of future-ready methodologies across product development and engineering teams

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-oriented technology roadmaps
