As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies while aligning them with market demands and organizational goals. You'll have direct influence on shaping products that will define the digital future.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Develop and maintain a 3-year technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and impact on competitive positioning
- Manage vendor partnerships for pilot programs and early-stage technology testing
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends and market implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in developing future tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment for technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Cloud AI, Blockchain Council)
