Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing next-gen technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts and business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for technology adoption across industries (healthcare, finance, manufacturing)
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data narratives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech scouting, and emerging tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in commercializing at least one breakthrough technology
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) or advanced degree in Technology Management
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities and venture capital ecosystem
