Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies relevant to 2026 market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate future-vision into actionable innovation plans
- Analyze global tech trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory impacts to inform strategic decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration) and measure ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership, with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech convergence) and market adoption cycles
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies considered a significant plus
