- Lead strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and Fortune 100 companies for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets with quarterly ROI analysis for emerging tech ventures
- Mentor a diverse team of 12+ specialists in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
- Present breakthrough innovations at global forums like Web Summit and CES
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven 2026+ tech roadmap execution
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Experience securing $10M+ in government grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital
- Expertise in ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and global tech compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit simulation tools
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
