Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) through 2026
- Conduct horizon scanning of global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Develop technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable business solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation incubator programs for emerging technologies
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible tech deployment
- Represent Innovatech at global technology summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies or innovation strategy
