Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor relationships for emerging tech ecosystems
- Drive adoption of future-proofing strategies across organizational units
- Mentor technical teams on emerging technology best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
