Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology foresight initiatives for 2026-2030 horizon, identifying disruptive innovations across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core product portfolios
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to identify first-mover advantages
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and commercial teams
- Present technology strategy insights to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruption and market evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
