Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and generative AI
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with VCs to identify acquisition targets in emerging tech
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and industry boards
- Build and lead a 10-person innovation incubation team
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive products
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
- CISSP or equivalent security certification
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
