Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee pilot programs and scale successful innovations across global markets
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Mentor technical teams on future technology trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with agile methodologies and technology lifecycle management
