Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design and validate future-state user experiences for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact analysis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technology products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Certification in technology management or innovation (e.g., CTO, CISSP preferred)
