Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, neuromorphic computing) with commercial potential by 2026
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Drive organizational change management for emerging technology integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, or biotech convergence
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
