Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategies aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and emerging opportunities
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech forums and establish strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech initiatives in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotechnology Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFM, CIPD)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation abilities and executive communication expertise
