Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets in future-tech ecosystems
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging domains
- Drive innovation workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Align technology strategy with ESG goals and sustainable development principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies strongly preferred
