Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure) for commercial viability
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven risk/reward assessments
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable KPIs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives with measurable impact
