- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology foresight briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $50M annually
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary 2026 technology frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling technologies from lab to market (3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent (2020-2023)
- Security clearance for federal technology programs
