Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through executive briefings and investor pitches
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Build and lead a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in commercializing next-generation technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, white papers, or TED talks)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
