- Produce competitive intelligence reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks across product development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
