Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough tech products or platforms
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to commercial deployment
