Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including generative AI, quantum-resistant cryptography, and climate tech

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment of breakthrough technologies
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and policy discussions shaping 2026+ regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record launching products in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or equivalent
