- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal ideation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum/blockchain solutions
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Strong background in product lifecycle management for experimental tech
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) preferred
