Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizons, aligning with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate next-gen technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of future concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage technology partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of future technology adoption on business outcomes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of leading technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
