- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic vision to investors and executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of academic and industry innovation partners
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum systems, or biotech
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Published thought leadership in futurist/tech publications
