- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation technology implementation
- Manage innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or metaverse
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or conferences)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and portfolio management
