Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech) for strategic implementation
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Evaluate partnerships with startups and research institutions in cutting-edge fields
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable ROI
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech solutions (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Microsoft AI-900)
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse infrastructure, and decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
