Responsibilities

- Lead incubation projects for next-gen human-computer interfaces and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage a $15M R&D budget and vendor partnerships for emerging tech prototyping
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proofing architectures for 2026 scalability challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on commercialized innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital for experimental projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Track record of launching products with exponential growth potential
