- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Drive cultural adoption of future-thinking methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
