Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech trends
- Manage innovation portfolio with focus on scalable, future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of executing future-focused technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication abilities for complex technical storytelling
