Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
