- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers for R&D collaboration
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with track record of securing innovation funding
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling tech teams from concept to commercialization
