Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR) with 5-10 year vision
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with market-transforming potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for next-gen tech landscapes
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technologies (patents, white papers, or keynotes)
